At CS Autos, we provide high-quality service and repair vehicles using only genuine or original equipment parts. We carry out Vehicle Health Checks as a complimentary service with every booking to keep your vehicle maintained to a high standard. If your Mercedes-Benz vehicle is still under warranty, we can carry out all servicing for your vehicle without affecting your manufacturer’s warranty. This is then uploaded to DSB (Digital Service Booklet) which any Mercedes Dealer or Service Partner can see (Please note G-Wagons and most Mercedes vehicles pre 2009 will not come up on DSB). We can offer Servicing at a fraction of the main dealer.

  • I recently brought my Mercedes CLA to CS Autos to have its second service, from the point of first contact Jack was super friendly and accommodating - ‘I’m just a girl’, and he didn’t make me feel like an idiot for not knowing the ins and outs which was refreshing. The location is a short drive into kelvedon and just off of the A12 which is great if you live in Essex. The waiting area is pleasant, with a heater available as well as complimentary hot and soft drinks. I’m Incredibly happy with the service provided and look forward to returning for future services/MOT’s.

  • The boys at CS Autos are amazing, ive got an A45 AMG Mercedes and have not had many issues but when i do, i take it straight to them, because they are Mercedes Specialists, i never have any doubts when i take my car there. The boys have done a gearbox service, engine service, replaced all my brakes and are always there if i have any issue, I would rather take it to CS Autos then direct to Mercedes as you get the same Service and Satisfaction for a lot less, Jack and Josh have got a customer in me for life!
